A beloved Boise gem, Ansots is known for its house-made Basque chorizos and authentic flavors that celebrate their rich heritage. This exclusive tasting experience features five thoughtfully curated small bites, each paired with a complementary wine.

Crostini with Membrillo & Manchego – House-made quince paste with aged Manchego.
The Gilda – A classic Spanish skewer with olive, anchovy, and guindilla pepper.
Spinach-Filled Piquillo Pepper – Sweet red pepper stuffed with creamy spinach béchamel.
Txistorra Wrapped in Wonton – House-made spicy, smoky chorizo wrapped in crisp wonton.
