Fried Chicken and Champagne Night

Last year’s sold out, so we’re doing it again. Join us on Tuesday, August 25 from 6–8 PM for another night of one of our favorite unlikely pairings: Champagne + Oww Snap Fried Chicken.

Your $50 ticket includes three, 3 oz pours of Champagne paired with three pieces of Oww Snap’s made-from-scratch fried chicken: hot honey, buffalo with blue cheese, traditional creole. Plus curly fries, because obviously.

We’ll taste through the Champagnes together, talk about what’s in your glass, and explore why bubbles and crispy, salty, spicy fried chicken work so ridiculously well together.

Oww Snap will be on-site all evening, serving up the Southern and Louisiana-inspired food they’re known for, with recipes rooted in owner Kerill’s family traditions. Additional food will be available for purchase throughout the evening, including fried chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, Hot Honey and Buffalo Blue Cheese fried chicken sandwiches, curly fries, and boudin balls.
